Teresa Ramos has over 23 years’ experience leading global teams with three of the world´s largest telecom companies: British Telecom, Vodafone and Telefonica.
She started her career doing basic research with British Telecom in UK; during the times of the telecom boom, she contributed to areas of big growth like the deployment of the fixed and mobile phone networks and the UMTS auction in Germany, the spin-off from BT and set up of O2, and afterwards the coordination of its European subsidiaries.
She then moved to Vodafone and successfully managed the mobile health programme globally. Subsequently, she worked for Infineon as global responsible for technical careers within HR and led innovation workshops worldwide. Afterwards she took responsibility for program management, pre-sales and marketing in a start-up.
From 2009 she worked as responsible for the delivery of IT services, first for Telefónica Germany and later for Telefónica Digital at a global level.
In parallel she started working as an executive and intercultural coach.
Her clients are senior executives and top managers in industries ranging from professional services, technology, finance, investment banking and civil engineering to fashion, travel and entertainment.

Teresa holds a Degree in theoretical physics (Universidad Salamanca), a Degree in music (Conservatorio Salamanca), a Masters in telecommunications engineering (King´s College, London) and an MBA (Instituto de Empresa, Madrid). She is an accredited Business Coach at Meyler Campbell, one of Europe’s leading coach training organisations, a founding member of the “Meyler Campbell Cross-cultural coaching community”, a certified business coach by WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches) and an Affiliate member of IoC (Institute of Coaching) at Harvard Medical School.
A Spanish national who lived in Germany and the UK, she speaks Spanish, English and German fluently and feel as much at home in the German and British cultures as in her native Spanish one.
